Welcome to one of the most rare trek of India, where we witness 4 highest peaks: Mt. Kangchenjunga, Mt. Everest, Mt.Makalu and Mt. Lhotse. This trek will every day be switching borders with India and Nepal; trekkers will get an opportunity to explore rich wildlife along with varied species of Flora and Fauna. Awara Day 1: Siliguri/NJP to Darjeeling

Darjeeling Tourism: All travelers will be transported from New Jalpaiguri railway station/ Siliguri airport to Darjeeling. On reaching Darjeeling, the rest of the day is at leisure. One can enjoy strolling across markets for buying souvenirs or enjoy mouth-watering food. Enjoy your first day at one of the most happening city of north-east, Darjeeling. At night we raise a toast to our first day of the trip and get to know each other. Welcome aboard AWARAS!!

Day 2: Darjeeling to Maneybhanjan

We wake up early today to witness the sunrise from Tiger hills, a peaceful start of the day. Later we visit the Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. Ghoom has one of the highest rail-station. Every traveler once in life wants to experience a ride in the toy train, and guess what, Darjeeling not only has a toy train but the toy train passes through beautiful sights. In the evening we drive towards Maneybhanjan and the rest of the evening is at leisure to acclimatize and explore Darjeeling tourism.

Awara Day 3: Maneybhanjan to Tumling (11Km / 5 Hours)

We start our trek early morning and the first 2 km is going to be challenging, so get your rugged boots ready. The village from where the trek begins is just 100 feet from Nepal and has more shops than houses. So don’t forget to shop for your trekking essentials. On reaching Chitrey after 2kms steep trek, a long ridge starts which will lead us to Lameydhura. We pitch our tent at the tiny village hamlet tumbling which is actually part of Nepal and the borderline between India and Nepal is quite blurred at this region. From Tumling we witness a magnificent view of Mt. Kangchenjunga. Tumling is inhabited by 12 Nepali families, we get to know locals over bonfire and dinner.

Awara Day 4: Tumling to Kalipokhri (14Km / 6 Hours)

Kalipokhri in the Nepali language means Black Lake, it is a sacred lake located at an elevation of 3170 meters. The locals believe it uses to be home of formidable Kalnaag, which means a huge slithering black snake. The lake does not freeze even in winters because of its properties. We trek through bamboo glades and mystical farmlands, a beauty of its own.

Awara Day 5: Kalpokhri to Sandakphu (7 Km / 4 Hours)

Sandakphu is the highest peak in West Bengal which gives a spectacular view of the 4 highest peaks of the world namely, Mt. Kangchenjunga, Mt. Everest, Mt.Makalu and Mt. Lhotse. The mountain peak is covered with silver fir trees and rhododendron. For people who have dreamed of walking on beds of red and white rhododendron, who can imagine themselves surrounded by trees full of flowers like scenery painted on a canvas, the view is mesmerizing.

Awara Day 6: Sandakphu to Phalut (21 Km / 8 Hours)

Phalut is said to be a paradise for trekkers nestled amidst charming mountains and snow-peaks. The peaceful environment of Phalut and its daunting beauty untainted by modern society and maddening society has become a safe haven of travelers. We pass through rugged terrains to reach Phalut which is the second-highest peak after Sandakphu.

Awara Day 7: Phalut

The day is at leisure to enjoy the beautiful terrain of Phalut, sit back, relax and observe the rich flora and fauna. Phalut is located between the Indo-Nepal border, the beauty of Phalut is worth-it the tiresome trek. On reaching Phalut we will witness indigenous tribes known as Falutians who have been worshipping mountain peaks for 300 years and believes Phalut is an omniscient god.

Awara Day 8: Phalut to Raman (14 Km / 5 Hours)

Today we descend through the virgin forest of chestnut, pines, and hemlock reaching Gorkhey Khola, one can bath in the Ghorkhey and enjoy the view. After having lunch at Ghorkhey we resume our trek to Raman.

Awara Day 9: Raman to Rimbik (19 Km / 6 Hours)

Rimbik is a small hamlet of the village which is known for its mesmerizing views which connect us with hidden corners of India. One of the awestruck moments of Rimbik is the night sky studded with stars that will touch your heart and soul. The trek ends at Rimbik and you have covered some of the most amazing Darjeeling tourism places. enjoy

Awara Day 10: Rimbik to Darjeeling

Today we drive from Rimbik to Darjeeling and the day is at leisure to explore the beautiful town. It’s going to be the last night of all Awara travelers together, let's cherish the memories we had in this trek and say goodbye to each other with a promise to meet again on some other adventure.

Day 11: Darjeeling - Bagdogra

After having early morning breakfast, travelers will be transferred to Siliguri/Bagdogra airport. The trip ends here, happy farewell!
